Carl got his start as an entreprenuer at the age of eight, when he struck out to start a "lawn mowing business". Things went well, but the lure of bigger challenges and a passion for adventure travel took him on a life journey of business and wilderness exploration.

Carl's business experiences run the gamete from performing as the top representative for an international sales company, where he achieved induction into the business "Hall of Fame" to owning and operating a small cafe and taxi company in McCarthy, Alaska, where he began a career as an adventure guide.

Having a passion for the outdoors, Carl has spent his adult life developing a career that merges his passions for wilderness adventures and the need to make a living.

Today, Carl works as a business consultant and inspirational speaker. His presentations utilize award-winning photos and video to weave together inspiring stories from his global adventures leading his audiences to overcome their fears and achieve their dreams.
